The Human Resources Manager supports team operations by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee development efforts within the State Farm independent contractor agent’s office. This role ensures a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and orientation processes.
- Support staff training and performance tracking.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations.
- Contribute to office culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Prior HR, office management, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices or related coursework.
- Must be able to obtain required insurance licenses if applicable.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
