RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Recibir a los clientes cordialmente, tanto en persona como por teléfono, dirigiéndolos a los miembros apropiados del equipo.
- Gestionar la programación de citas y las comunicaciones de la oficina.
- Ayudar en el manejo de consultas entrantes y el mantenimiento de los registros de clientes.
- Participar en conversaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes, identificando oportunidades para ofrecer opciones de seguros.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y dar seguimiento a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Apoyar al equipo con diversas tareas administrativas y proyectos.
- Realizar llamadas de ventas salientes
CALIFICACIONES:
- Experiencia previa en un rol de recepcionista o servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Capacidad organizativa y para realizar múltiples tareas.
- Comodidad para participar en conversaciones de ventas.
- Conocimientos básicos de informática, incluyendo Microsoft Office y sistemas CRM.
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
